About Tyler “Melee” Minton
If you’re reading this, I’ve been where you are. In school, I was the kid whose nickname was a fat joke, and I spent the vast majority of my younger years overweight and insecure. During my junior year of high school, I started wrestling and became obsessed with body weight, which contributed to bulimia. Soon after high school, I became an overtrained, under-fed professional fighter.
I’m not the guy that’s been fit all his life trying to sell you a formula for which I never had to use. I’m the guy that’s had every goal, made every mistake, and followed every plan before finally finding what works. I’m a REAL person with REAL struggles who got REAL results. I want to save you the time and energy I spent trying to ignore science and the needs of my own unique body. I want to help you because I want to save you from an industry filled with misinformation and fad diets.
Nutrition and food are my passion and I don’t believe that dieting should suck. If you’ve ever followed a diet that constantly had you feeling tired and hungry, chances are that it wasn’t the right plan for you.
